Theo GM emailed me back, and said I could come in and talk to him. Really? Just bought a new car 1.week later, elsewhere and am loving it. More

He made sure we knew how to use the new and safety features and answered all of our questions. Pia Vang, the Sales Manager, was also very supportive of Julius, and was great to speak with and deal with on the business side. We had a payment amount in mind, and he helped us stay there, which also happened to be the online Lease Special Amount. The online credit application and the working on the finance portion of the purchase was convenient and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership. They were so personable and professional. More

Only hiccup in our experience was that Landon said our % would drop from 3.24 to 2.99 when he heard from the bank which was not the case. When the bank called about payment preferences, I asked about the percentage drop and they said they would grant 2.99 interest and that we had to go back to the dealer to sign new paperwork. Landon told us that the Wings made a mistake which was not exactly our understanding?? More
