Julio Velasquez was very helpful in helping me find my LS 500. Went there to purchase a new ES 350 UL. During the process,I mentioned I really wanted a LS. This is our first experience owning a Lexus. From the point of sales to purchase it was an excellent experience. In 2015 we purchased our ES350 from Northside and had a very good experience and service. Relationships with returning customers does not appear to be a corporate goal/objective with Northside. Would not very good experience and service. Relationships with returning customers does not appear to be a corporate goal/objective with Northside. Would not match a written offer on our 2015 ES350 sight unseen. Northside inspected the car with very low mileage, relatively new Michelin tires and a recent total brake job. Northside found no issues or problems with the car, but still refused to match the offer. Within 2 days, Northside posted our used car on their website with a 53% markup and it appeared to have sold in less than 2 weeks. We paid full MSRP, took possession and are happy with our 2024 RX350. Our bad judgement was wanting to buy the car within a week before our vacation and not waiting until we returned and shopped around with other dealerships. My whole business career was based on relationships which I valued very highly and matching a written offer would have been good. More

Northside Lexus is a top notch dealership! Buying a car from them was a low pressure, very easy process. My only complaint is there is not a changing table in the restroom to change your baby.
