I really dislike having to write a review like this. Let me just make a crappy situation short. I purchase 2025 ST Explorer 1800 miles. Traded my wife SUV in and it was around 5pm or 6pm when we finished up with the finance manager Michael Kembruski. What a great guy to deal with. So, we live 2 miles away from the dealer ship and went home parked the vehicle overnight and, I need to get the registration out of the glove box to send to my insurance. The glove box was full of water. I told my wife to take it back and get a courtesy vehicle (because you don't have your car anymore). No branner---- Sence that day it was a joke and rude people, even JOLIO: as he told my wife you can't just come and bring your car back you need to make an appointment LMAO.. ( The bad part was Julio said we had the car on the lot for weeks; you must have left the window down my second LMAO) I told her to get a car so you can go to work. The rental lady.. May not be the correct spelling Fabiola or Faviola was a real piece of work. She should not be dealing with customers ever-RUDE---- Last but least someone from the service department as she said Service Manager/Team we need to get paid for the courtesy vehicle. I TOLD HER YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING. I will not be paying 1 cent. From 2015 to 2019 I have purchased (2) 350 Supper Duty from Al Paker, and I am not sure why we went to Wanye Ackers LWF. I am sure this post will be deleted, and no one will see it. But word of mouth and Me it will be said over and over. Sham on The Wanye Akers TEAM... It was a positive experience overall. The finance guy didn't seem too thrilled, but it was okay. I feel like they could have done more on my trade but I didn't really feel like going thro The finance guy didn't seem too thrilled, but it was okay. I feel like they could have done more on my trade but I didn't really feel like going through the drama. I got a nice vehicle at a (I think) fair price. Overall I was satisfied. Several criticisms: 1) Moving the biggest sellers into the air-conditioned showroom would be nice. At least I could have such place to start my search where it wasn't 100 degrees. 2) Going out of your way to make children happy in your showroom would make a big difference. A stuffed toy, some cookies, a cup of juice. A play area maybe. This would endear you to parents, especially mothers. They are already under stress from the car buying experience. Having to keep their children entertained at the same makes the whole process less pleasant. Frankly, some of the sales people have a terrible and unfriendly bearing about them. 3) Salesmen should be well-versed in all aspects of the cars they are selling. Not having answers to customer questions makes one make assumptions about their priorities. 4) Mop the xxxx bathroom. It's pretty unclassy and disgusting to have to walk through someone else's possessions at the urinal. Inspect the bathrooms hourly. More
