As a widow with full responsibility over the 'smooth operation' and maintenance of my car; I need a dealership I can trust always to let me know when something needs to be done in addition to my req operation' and maintenance of my car; I need a dealership I can trust always to let me know when something needs to be done in addition to my request to "change the oil, check my tires', and identify anything else it required to 'keep me safe on the highway" They always let me know the cost beforehand and help me choose what repairs or 'tune-ups' can be delayed.That was my request when I arrived for my recent appointment. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was seen within only a few minutes. After running their Diagnostics I received a call on my cell phone to review their video findings. They then talked with me about their findings, and we prioritized repairs as to what needed to be done on this day, and which could be delayed. HILEY staff gave me 'peace of mind' as they had in my other past visits. With confidence I 'pulled away from the Service Dept', entered the highway and headed with a feeling of safety to my journeys of the day. More
