Julio was amazing to work with. When I arrived, the car was out front. We spoke for a few minutes, and I never felt pressure about making any immediate decision. Julio along with his Finance team (Simon) and Insurance rep (Juan) were able to accomplish the purchase of the vehicle along with my wife's car as a trade in (sight unseen) and at the same time save me a few thousand dollars per year by changing and improving my insurance. All in all, this was a great experience. The only reason why the Dealership received 4 out of 5 stars is for falling short when prepping the car after I bought it. It seems like they only washed the exterior and cleaned the tires. It did not seem like they vacuumed the interior of the car. Also, I realize this was a used vehicle (about 15 months old) but it smelled like cigarettes. This leads me to believe no intent to remove the cigarette smell was made. More
