I have been working with Julio since February to get our dream car! I live in western Nebraska and planned on coming to Florida at the end of February thru April. As with life, glitches happen and the car was damaged in route, so Julio said he could have one available towards the end of April. While my husband and I were in the dealership, Julio had us test drive a vehicle like the one we wanted (other than the color we were hoping for). We fell in love with the vehicle AND the color it was! Julio was so patient and kind with us! We had just stopped by to check on the status and ended up driving back to the place we are staying in a beautiful Lexus! Julio was amazing to work with. After I called him inquiring about a car I was interested in, he immediately sent me a video of the car on the lot and asked if I wanted to test dri After I called him inquiring about a car I was interested in, he immediately sent me a video of the car on the lot and asked if I wanted to test drive it that day (Friday afternoon). When I arrived, the car was out front. We spoke for a few minutes, and I never felt pressure about making any immediate decision. Julio along with his Finance team (Simon) and Insurance rep (Juan) were able to accomplish the purchase of the vehicle along with my wife's car as a trade in (sight unseen) and at the same time save me a few thousand dollars per year by changing and improving my insurance. All in all, this was a great experience. The only reason why the Dealership received 4 out of 5 stars is for falling short when prepping the car after I bought it. It seems like they only washed the exterior and cleaned the tires. It did not seem like they vacuumed the interior of the car. Also, I realize this was a used vehicle (about 15 months old) but it smelled like cigarettes. This leads me to believe no intent to remove the cigarette smell was made. More
