I had an excellent experience with the service department at City Limits Subaru. Julian was my service advisor and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to at City Limits Subaru. Julian was my service advisor and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle. He made sure I understood my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The entire service team was welcoming and easy to work with. The dealership is very clean and organized, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I truly felt taken care of the entire time. If you’re looking for honest, helpful service with great people, this is the place. Julian and the rest of the service team did an awesome job. Clean and easy to schedule with. Love that they have loaner cars. Terrible communication though. Dropped my car on a Tuesday, work was finished on Friday. Good experience except they said a battery replacement was critical and would cost $500. I passed and went to another place who tested my battery and said it was fine. They also tested alternator and st was critical and would cost $500. I passed and went to another place who tested my battery and said it was fine. They also tested alternator and starter - all good. So I don't appreciate that they recommended something I didn't need and it would cost twice what another place would charge. It's just a battery. More
