Service department has poor quality and lack understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my understanding the actual problems I get. Water in my gas tank is a poor excuse to say that is the problem. This is the second time they have had my car in. 2 weeks the first time. A few pages of work done which did not address the problems. 2 weeks now after the service manager saying it was going to cost me $800 to clean the tank out from the water in there. This is round 2 of the infamous water in the tank story. I have taken over 30 pictures of the dash board lights that came on. I have driven back a few times while the car is running to show them the lights. I have now put Shell premium in because they said that was the problem. I am putting Shell premium in the company car I have been using. On occasion a light pops on the dash board. Shut the car off and restart. Light is gone. I was greeted promptly in the service lane. From there I was referred to a lovely comfortable lobby where I found coffee and other drinks available for free while I waited.
