4 starts because the staff in house was honest and up front. 1 star missing solely because of the greedy corporate folks on the phone that lie just to get you in the door. Adam told me lie after lie after lie that kept getting shot down by staff in store. My sales man Alcantara was awesome and so was all of the finace staff! Shame on Adam! Other than those hiccups the sale went smooth, everylne did all they could to help me and my family in every way. 5 stars for the staff at the Frederick location! More
