I had my tacoma serviced here and they did change the oil properly. I needed warranty work done and they would not even look inside the door panel to see why door handle was getting loose. Also my radio make properly. I needed warranty work done and they would not even look inside the door panel to see why door handle was getting loose. Also my radio makes noise to the person talking to me on my radio. they stated Toyota is not known to not have good bluetooth and it might cost them 1500 dollars. I said I paid 40,000 thousand and I want it fix. they did not do anything for me. plus on my way out a smart xxx told me have a nice day. I'll never buy a car or have service there ever. More

I had been taking my bmw that I purchased from there, to get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't d get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't do it because didn't have big enough wrench. As I was told the boy said that and turned walked off like o well. No apology or have a nice day or anything. O well. Last time I waste time there More

Car was left in Maintenance needed see dealer for service. I tried numerous of times to get that reset; too no avail. Called service department and was given different directions, neither worked.
