Judy is an excellent service writer! ! Always has a smile on her face when she greets you. She keeps you informed about the progress of your vehicle and is one of the best service writers ! She is definitely passionate about her job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any repairs that need to be done with my vehicle! Findlay Honda in Henderson is the BEST!! Purchased a used vehicle here 08/02/2024 first day I received it, it died and went into (limp mode) brought in to get it fixed , they said it was fixed and it wasn't recurring issues kept coming back an received it, it died and went into (limp mode) brought in to get it fixed , they said it was fixed and it wasn't recurring issues kept coming back and it was dying. Fast track a month later it dies once again and I brought into Honda to get it fixed and all they can tell me was since I cleared the codes they couldn't do anything about it. Yet I bought this car from this location they have serviced this vehicle and they apparently didn't know about these issues. No one communicates with the used car side and service. I'm pretty much stuck with a lemon car since they couldn't figure out the problem. Mind you I bought this car cash no payments. ALL and ALL don't buy a used car from here unless you've done your homework on the car you are looking at, because they will not help once an issue happens with it. Also they're very bad with communicating with their customers. More

Judy helped me with my battery in a extremely timely matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. The battery was under warranty but she was able to confirm this and get the battery replaced! matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. Judy i s my service advisor and she is great. She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. The reason when I needed a second car I went back to Findlay Now she has 2 C She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. My CR-V was overdue for a full maintenance service. Judy Tweedy walked me through what would be inspected and worked on. Fantastic customer service and Judy will be my go-to service professional from this point forward. Also, Finlay's use of UBER for drop/off and pickup rides between home and dealership is very smooth and much appreciated. More
