I would not have given any stars period . Had a horrible experience at their Clifton dealership. Called several times to talk to miss tiltin about issues . Never received a call back . The sales person I de experience at their Clifton dealership. Called several times to talk to miss tiltin about issues . Never received a call back . The sales person I dealt with was very deceptive and easily aggravated when questioned . I bought my 2018 traverse there and at that time it was very different. I had brought my car in for service July 2021. While waiting I decided to see what my options were to trade up too a 2021. Hopefully this review will get one of the owners of Schumacher to reach out to me . More

Excellent service, highly professional, detail oriented . I met Mike Lake through a friend’s referral (the best kind of referral) and since he has moved to Schumacher Chevrolet, he continues delivering . I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I spoke to Walter on the telephone, until I drove my new truck off of the dealer lot. Everyone, including the owner, Mrs. Schumacher-Tilton, were extremely to Walter on the telephone, until I drove my new truck off of the dealer lot. Everyone, including the owner, Mrs. Schumacher-Tilton, were extremely attentive and honest throughout my car buying experience. The General Sales Manager John also helped me get a fantastic interest rate on for my truck and I couldn't be happier. It's not really common to experience true professionalism, honesty and integrity in the car sales business, but I'm happy to say that I did experience it at Gearheart. Great experience from the switchboard girl to the final purchase. After a bad experience with another dealer this was a much welcome change. Love the lifetime free car wash and each and every person I spoke to was very helpful and genuinely nice. Will sing your phrases to all. You had to search for the car I wanted and you kept me appraised all the while. Gary Tursi called and let me know the satus as the search went on. Marc Weber with knee wrapped up in ice after knee surgury was awesome in explaining the whole process and a game player with coming to work shortly after surgury. Bob Juliano showed me around and introduced me to all the various people I may need in the future which was very helpful. Even met your owner, Judy who stopped to chat while I was buying the car. Now where do you ever find that at another dealer. More

From the time I first walked in to Gearhart Chevy I was greeted well and they were always friendly. Walter Schwarz is the salesman I used and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgable regarding any questi greeted well and they were always friendly. They always made me feel that my business was appreciated and went to great lengths to obtain a loan for me to purchase a new car. I know that with most dealerships, once they know you've had credit problems they become not interested in working with you. They were able to get me a new car loan at a rate where I did not feel that I was being taken adavantage of. In fact, it was actually quite reasonable considering my situation. Thanks to Marc Weber on that. They were able to locate exactly the car my wife wanted and delivered it in excellent condition. The car itself drives extremely well and we are very happy with it. Walter was an excellent salesman and is a great representative of the dealership. The first person you meet when you go into any business is the person who reflects on your total impression of the business, Walter did a great job. More
