Today we went to MB KIA, Judi Gibson was our sales person. What an amazing experience. I was there with my granddaughter for a used car. From start to finish, it was by far the easiest and quickest process at a dealership. Judy promised and delivered the best price for the best vehicle. Unbelievably quick and I never felt pressured or unnecessarily upsold. Upfront with pricing and details. Judy made initial contact, checked back in, got my numbers where I wanted, and had me all set. She was friendly, believed in what she was selling, and backed it up. Financing and the droll process was actually quick and pleasant, too.
