I am a Mom! I have 3 beautiful adult-children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are to spend as much time with them as possible. I love our family Sunday dinners. And I love the fact that the "family" may not be blood but family none the less. I love the career in which I chose. Being a service director for Lexus is, without a doubt, the best career change I have made. Treasure Coast Lexus allows me to treat my guests as if YOU were a guest in my own home. Treasure Coast Lexus is by far the best dealership that we and our friends have ever dealt with. The staff makes everyone feel as if we are a family member. Each Treasure Coast Associate makes every guest we and our friends have ever dealt with. The staff makes everyone feel as if we are a family member. Each Treasure Coast Associate makes every guest feel wanted and, more importantly, valued. Our friends, who do business at this dealership have recently echoed the exact same sentiments. They too feel valued and exhibit the same high level of professionalism and satisfaction that we have all experienced! There has never been an instance where my wife and I have ever walked away feeling any disappointment. There are not enough superlatives to thank Mr. Woods for the exemplary treatment we experience each and every time we visit this outstanding dealership. Poor communication with me and internally between other service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going t service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going to review the problem based on the diagnostics run. I called Wednesday and left a message looking for an update with no response. I then called twice on Thursday leaving messages on a voicemail once and with a receptionist another time, again with no response. Friday I had to ask for the manager of the service department to help me and then finally got a call back from Jude. On this call I was told that the head mechanic not only needed to look at the car, but also that the part I was told was ordered never was ordered. This lack of communication or sheer incompetence is disrespectful to me and an embarrassment to the brand. More
