I am a Mom! I have 3 beautiful adult-children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are to spend as much time with them as possible. I love our family Sunday dinners. And I love the fact that the "family" may not be blood but family none the less. I love the career in which I chose. Being a service director for Lexus is, without a doubt, the best career change I have made. Treasure Coast Lexus allows me to treat my guests as if YOU were a guest in my own home. Normal maintenance was performed and a brake noise fixed, that was fine. I asked for my tire to be checked for a leak. Jude told me there was a nail in the tire and it had to be replaced, at a cost of around that was fine. I asked for my tire to be checked for a leak. Jude told me there was a nail in the tire and it had to be replaced, at a cost of around $250. Jude recommended I replace both rear tires for a cost of $500+ I declined to do anything about the tires. When I picked up the car, there was different tire pressures in each tire and one missing the valve cover. Also, the tire I asked inspected had 20lbs of pressure in it. Why was the car released to me like that? Jude told me the car had multipoint inspections, does that include the tires? I brought my car to Atlantic Tire in Stuart. AT said there was no nail and no indications of a leak. I am going to contact Lexus Corporate and tell them my experience. I also have no faith in your mechanics, misleading me and downright lying. While I was checking out in Jude's office, a mechanic came in the office and told Jude he installed brakes on the wrong car!! I have no time for such shoddy service. As a Lexus owner since 2017, this is the worse experience ever. More

My experiences at Treasure Coast Lexus are always above board. Especially with Ms.Jude Law. She always explains all procedures and needs for my car. The Service experience at Treasure Coast Lexus is probably the best experience I've had at a dealer service department. Treasure Coast treated me right when JM Lexus in the south can’t communicate at all. Jude didn’t sell me a bill of goods and then not deliver.
