I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

We started coming to Courtesy Volvo with our car when we moved to Az. Since, we've purchased a new XC60 and recently a S60 sedan after our 2012 S60 was totaled. We had amazing customer service from previous moved to Az. Since, we've purchased a new XC60 and recently a S60 sedan after our 2012 S60 was totaled. We had amazing customer service from previous purchase with Jake. The last purchase was very disappointing with Sean. After agreeing to the purchase we saw Drew, who is amazing, but Sean went to another couple and we were 'handed off' to another salesman. I know he was new, but we've never been treated like that at Volvo or Mercedes dealerships! My husband comes in and everyone says hello and the service dept is wonderful!! My husband was in last Friday and Sean just walked right past him without a greeting...not smart business on his part. He certainly won't have our return business but others there will..he has alot to learn in the customer service aspect of selling automobiles! As a dealership 99% is great business! More

I recently upgraded my S40 to the XC40 and the process was very smooth and painless. I was originally supposed to work with Jason Hise on purchasing my new vehicle but unfortunately I came in after he had was very smooth and painless. I was originally supposed to work with Jason Hise on purchasing my new vehicle but unfortunately I came in after he had left for the day so CJ Jones stepped in. CJ was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process and really made me feel comfortable. CJ work with me to find the perfect car within my price range. Drew in financing was also very professional and informative. He really explained all the options for me in regards to the best protection plan for my new car and helped me pick the best plan for me. I had to bring my new car back for a software update and Judd took care of everything. Me and my family have been taking our Volvo’s to where ever Judd is for over 7 years- he is very kind and tells you exactly what is going to be done on your car. I am so happy to have experienced the wonderful service provided by these three and will definitely recommend them to everyone. More

I have enjoyed great service with courtesy for a number of years. What happened wasn’t the dealership fault but Volvo as a whole. I needed headlights and they are shipped in not stocked. And are five or m of years. What happened wasn’t the dealership fault but Volvo as a whole. I needed headlights and they are shipped in not stocked. And are five or more days out. More like two weeks. How can a company based on safety not rushed to get these. The lights just stopped working I’m sure pretty usual. I feel very put out that I had to borrow a car from my son as I was going out of state. I love my Volvo and I do feel courtesy tried but still. I do appreciate the communication with the service department especially Jud. As an after thought new valet service is very helpful and appreciated. More
