No one there treated us the way Jud used to at the Tempe dealership. We finally tracked Jud to the Scottsdale Volvo dealership and we drive twice as far to have him service our Volvo. He’s courteous, fair, and is always looking out for our best interests. He’s a priceless asset to Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. More

Judson White is exceptional I purchased my Volvo at Volvo of Phoenix in 2012, however I lived in Tempe, AZ at the time. I had regular service needed later that year and went to Volvo of Tempe (now Gilbert to my understanding). Judson White was the service technician at this time, and based on my experience I have gone to no one else. Judson cared for my C30 for as long as I owned it, and treated me with the utmost honesty and respect in all of the years I worked with him. I recently had a battery issue ( I know... don’t go to the dealership!) and I found that Judson had move to Courtney Volvo of Scottsdale, so of course I followed him. Judson is reliable, loyal and dedicated to the Volvo brand beyond the dealership he calls home. He is efficient and patient, which are much needed people skills when charging dealership service prices that can be significantly higher that average. Based on my service visit with Jud and the time he took to deal with my car and needs, I eventually traded in for a new Volvo at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. I am happy and relieved to know that Judson is there and able to know my personal Vovlo experiences and those that may occur with my new Volvo. Bravo Judson! More

Volvo as a whole is a great car and buying one means that you will never have to worry about your car breaking down and being stranded. This dealership is so pretty, you could actually eat off the floors in the service center if you needed to they are so clean. Armand runs a tight and tidy ship.
