Exceptional SERVICE I am a "VOLVO for Life" customer/client (now the proud owner of our 5th VOLVO!) and was delighted to see a VOLVO dealership closer to our home when Co I am a "VOLVO for Life" customer/client (now the proud owner of our 5th VOLVO!) and was delighted to see a VOLVO dealership closer to our home when Courtesy VOLVO opened earlier this year. We purchased our XC90 (the MOST FABULOUS car I've owned!) from Tempe VOLVO where we had already been dealing with Jud White on previous vehicles. Dealing with Courtesy VOLVO has, in general, been a welcome change as many of the Tempe VOLVO associates are now located here in Scottsdale and their customer service is fabulous! Particularly helpful and wonderful to deal with is Andrew Caron (in fact, my sister purchased her XC60 from Andrew). Andrew is super knowledgeable as far as the sophisticated technology VOLVO offers and he will take great care of you! He is professional, courteous and friendly and was totally focused while the transaction was being processed. He kept us informed and checked to see if we needed anything. Our experience with Jason was also outstanding. He explained all of the documents and DMV services that Courtesy Volvo would take care of for us (a HUGE plus) and informed us of all of the options that were available. Before we left, Scott introduced us to Jud so that we could make an appointment to have the windows tinted. We returned today and Jud was there to greet us and offered us a ride while the work was being done. The window tinting looks great! What impressed us the most is that immediately we were made to feel that our business and satisfaction mattered; we were not just a sales prospect. Also, there was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics just a great deal of service from genuinely nice people. Thank you Scott, Jason and Jud! We love our 2015 Volvo S60! More

We met 38 yeas ago and he took care of my family cars for years. We all loved him. We lost touch for a few years when he changed locations. Then one day my daughter call me and said " Mom...I found Armand"! We have been bring him our cars ever since. No one provides the personal service at the level Armand does. He introduced me to his service consultants, Jud and Brian, who have provided the same level of personal service when I bring in my car. They make me feel like I am a valued customer. Today I needed an estimate on a dent repair. Before I left the dent was fixed and my car was washed and spotless. I had had my windshield replaced last week at work and had neglected to remove the blue tape from the windshield. Armand noticed it and had it removed before cleaning the car. That is the kind of person he has always been 110% Thanks Armand, Brian and Jud, I'll be back More

5 Star Service Every Time My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have Courtesy Volvo open their doors right around the time we had narrowed down our search for the perfect f My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have Courtesy Volvo open their doors right around the time we had narrowed down our search for the perfect family vehicle - the Volvo XC90. The entire transaction with Ed Himes and Jeremy Sarnataro was an easy, no pressure experience. We were introduced to the service manager Armand Slason and our service advisor Jud White who were both incredibly knowledgable and had several years in the industry. Bucky Bethancourt in parts helped me order the Volvo booster seat that fit my daughters weight and it arrived the very next day! Jud has been available to answer questions I have had from time to time with my vehicle. When I ended up with a cracked windshield within the first few months of ownership, Jud and Armand arranged a windshield replacement for me and even set me up with a courtesy vehicle because my windshield had to be ordered and it was a weekend (cracks spread quickly in the AZ heat and as a realtor I practically live in my vehicle!). They took care of everything and were great about communication throughout. Before I knew it, it was time for my first oil change (10,000mi for Volvo's). I brought my vehicle in, received the warm welcome the service department always has and they had me in and out in no time at all! Fast forward to yesterday... I was driving on the freeway when a truck lost a bucket of paint, which splattered the entire side of my car. My first thought was "I have to call Jud to see what I should do!" He said to bring it in and they would take a look. Next thing I knew, my car was back to sparkling new and Ed had even filled my gas tank up! I cannot thank the Courtesy Volvo service department enough for all that they do (and maybe for saving me from a panic attack yesterday). From sales to service, you are not just a commission check at this dealership. They truly care about forging relationships and keeping people Volvo owners for life! I won't ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else and wouldn't think twice about bringing my vehicle elsewhere for service! I could not be anymore happy with my experience or my vehicle choice! More
