I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Amazing experience & love my car I had been thinking of getting the nee XC40. By far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Great service Had gone to Gilbert Volvo for a problem with my car, and not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. Scottsdale Volvo recognized the problem and Had gone to Gilbert Volvo for a problem with my car, and not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. Scottsdale Volvo recognized the problem and fixed it and thoroughly explained what the problem was. Also got an extended warranty through Scottsdale Volvo after comparing plans and prices. so much better service and fair pricing at Scottsdale Volvo. Would highly recommend! More

Courtesy Volvo Service department is top notch. I took my Volvo S60 T5 for an oil change and a maintenance check up. Everyone in the service department is very helpful and extremely courteous. I was assigned to Jud who took care of everything; Vince did the test drive to properly address my concerns and answer all my questions. Nice to be greeted with a smile and to deal with people who don't waste our time. The service area is well maintained and the staff and mechanics know and love their Volvos! I recommend Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale Service department very highly, and I would even take my other vehicle to these guys!!! More

Overpaid for Everything and My Car Broke Every time my car had some issue, I brought it in. I ended up spending thousands of dollars for service with you guys over four years and my car still Every time my car had some issue, I brought it in. I ended up spending thousands of dollars for service with you guys over four years and my car still broke. Ultimately, I had to pay $700 for a repair that you did and then you told me after that I have to pay $6,600 to fix the next problem you encountered.. Car is probably worth $5,000-6,000.. So basically I paid $700 just to know that I will never fix the car.. Lost $700 and a car worth about $5,000-6,000. And of that $700, $500 was for labor!! So I think it is very unethical to charge a customer $500 for work that didn't solve the problem. I can understand paying for the parts that you replaced. I will definitely not recommend a place that treats their loyal customers like this. More
