Not sure how to start this review but I did end up purchasing the vehicle knowing that the carfax stated that it was in a minor accident and that it was towed, Juan(JT) did say it was minor and nothin purchasing the vehicle knowing that the carfax stated that it was in a minor accident and that it was towed, Juan(JT) did say it was minor and nothing to worry about because the car was inspected and everything passed inspection, when I seen the inspection report it did say there were a few issues, I asked JT if everything on the report was fixed or replaced he assured me that they were even though I stated that the door handles that were replaced were not painted and a panel was missing from the car, when I stated that he had no comment. When I drove off after purchasing I tried to get the navigation to work, is was non operational, even though the inspection report said it was working. I ended up driving back home which was about 350miles because the dealership was closed and the car was under factory warranty so I just told myself that I could go to a local dealership to get it fixed. The next day I get a phone call from JT saying that he left 5 sets of keys in the car and that I need to come back ASAP to return them, knowing that I live 350 miles a way. I came back and asked about the navigation, they just told me to reset it, when I get back home I come to realize that ID6 EVO is not able to be reset, so that didn't fix the issue. When I look under the car I see the car wasn't in a minor accident as the carfax stated, there was a lot of undercarriage damage, bent braces, missing bolts and broken clips, some outer panels were being held on by random screws that I found hidden. The Rex engine was misfiring and leaking oil throwing a check engine light. I could've returned the vehicle but I drove over the mileage just to get home. I'm just saddened that I felt ripped off that none of this under carriage info was stated on the inspection report. I can expect this behavior from a small no name dealership but not a reputable BMW dealership. More
