As usual great service, the best around! Took my rav4 in for an inspection for a recall on battery wire,got oil changed and wiper blades replaced. From the beginning met a friendly man who greeted me, then onto Sal Service assistant manager, who greeted me and took care of write up and advised the time it would take. Then found out Oscar was the tech assigned to vehicle, same tech that worked on my vehicle previously, this man is absolutely 1 of the top techs around! When vehicle was returned as they had to order parts for the recall as inspection revealed need to replace cable. While waiting Juan the service manager was greeting customers as he always does to give people the feeling that he makes sure customers are taken care of, it is refreshing in this day and age where a manager is proud of his employees and the customers that he does not "hide" (As some other mangers do), in the office, but interacts and listens, and actually cares about people! Bottom line if you want top notch service and sales this is the place to go! The only thing needed is TOYOTA CORPORATION TO RECOGNIZE THIS GREAT HONEST DEALERSHIP AND SHIP MORE VEHICLES THEY NEED INVENTORY! HOW ABOUT IT TOYOTA? More

The best dealership I’ve been to! Just had my 2024 Toyota 4runner serviced at Oaklawn Toyota, oil change and tire rotation and inspection! Pulled into service area directed to service office, was taken care of quickly by Joe service ad Toyota, oil change and tire rotation and inspection! Pulled into service area directed to service office, was taken care of quickly by Joe service advisor and went to waiting area. Then talked to Frank Nash another service advisor that has been at Oaklawn Toyota for awhile,exchanging pleasantries! As I waited the service manager Juan was wandering around greeting customers, and even though busy takes time to talk to customers in waiting area! Then salesman Bob Spee was in showroom so he greeted me and talked Toyota quality, another reason to buy from Oaklawn Toyota! Now I know Toyota corporate watches reviews, maybe the people at the top could send more new Toyota inventory to this dealership that actually cares about its customers. and the Toyota brand! You can drive by some other dealerships and they have inventory, but the situation is people want Toyota quality and to buy from a family orientated dealership like Oaklawn Toyota! I have zero family friends who work here, this is just a well run business that deserves your business! Now back to service, vehicle was finished as promised, but the service waiting area was full (That is what happens when you have dedicated employees that do quality honest work!). They don't "rush" to get vehicle done, it is done correctly and properly!Sure there are other service departments but when you go here your treated like family, On the way out talked to Steve Hertogs the manager of sales, another informative man that cares about the customer and Oaklawn Toyota! Lastly like I said before come on Toyota send them more inventory, as people like to "browse" and then buy! Thanks for another great experience! Almost forgot don't know the service techs name just another great man working to make sure your Toyota is serviced properly! More

I took my SUV in for an oil change and requested the technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed wit technician to check my tires. I was informed that the sensor was malfunctioning, and I received a quote for its replacement. I decided to proceed with the repair. However, when the technician discovered that two sensors were actually out, the price increased. Later, he returned and informed me that the cost had risen even more than what he initially quoted. Feeling frustrated by the constant changes, I decided to decline the repair. What really upset me was when he returned one last time to inform me that I would be charged a service fee for inspecting my tires, a fee he had not mentioned before. It felt unfair that after I declined to pay for the sensor replacement, he then charged me $80 just to look at the tires and sensors. Great way to run a dealership!!! More
