DJ was PHENOMENAL as a person. not just a salesperson. He was not pushy whatsoever. Is super friendly and relatable. We didn't have a good experience with the Financial Officer Juan Rodriguez who claimed the LoJack and tint fees were required and he added them into our loan. I complained after the fact and Joshua Spencer, the GM gave us a refund for the LoJack. My son decided to keep the tinting option. Our beginning experience was bad but it was good to see the managerial staff was responsive. One star was lost with Juan. The rest was a good experience. The one thing about the delivery problem is that it only had a quarter tank of gas. The 4 star rating was because Joshua stepped in and corrected the problem. Thanks Joshua. More

Juan handled the financing for my son's car and I cosigned. We didn't want the LoJack and Mitsubishi's website says "Dealer accessories may be removed and are not required for purchase." Dealership didn't payout full amount due on vehicle to me on trade. Also left previous owners address and health card in the car my son bought in trade. Repeatedly told me the check was in the mail when it on trade. Also left previous owners address and health card in the car my son bought in trade. Repeatedly told me the check was in the mail when it wasn't. Never returned calls. Sales representative, Brandon made a mistake on my son's sales agreement and they said too bad. At one point he even merged my son's contract with someone other than his fiancee and kept addressing her as Katie instead of Vanessa. Todate, my son does not have a copy of his finance paperwork. From someone with experience buying vehicles, shop around and make sure the sales representative, dealership and vehicle are a good fit. Don't be scared to walk away. I have. Cars are a dime a dozen and someone will treat you better. More
