The experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership. More details, if you're interested... I purchased a used car from Sport Mazda, specifically from Juan Cruz, Jr. a few days ago. There were emails exchanged before going to the dealership for a test drive. All my emails were replied to quickly, with responses that were informative, but not pushy. They even sent a personalized video of the two cars I expressed interest in so I could get a better look before going to the dealership. At the dealership, of course, there were the typical things you find in any car buying experience - the initial offer, the let me go talk to the finance guys, the second offer and so on. They do try to get you to commit early, but that's their job :) All in all, Juan was willing to listen to what I wanted and worked to get me a fair deal. Beyond Juan and Rey, all the employees I encountered while there were very friendly, accommodating and contributed to a positive experience. More
