I tried to reach customer service for over two hours to find out if the car was done . No one answered the phone or returned my messages. To make matters worse, no one called to let us know the car was don find out if the car was done . No one answered the phone or returned my messages. To make matters worse, no one called to let us know the car was done. I just happened to look at my phone to see a text message about the car. Additionally, after we got the car home we noticed some black spots on the seat. It would have been nice if more than one service person could have released our car to us. More

The point to point inspection was never done. My battery was 8 years old and tested bad and they sad it was good. My tires were never rotated. I just hope they really did my transmission fluid fl My battery was 8 years old and tested bad and they sad it was good. My tires were never rotated. I just hope they really did my transmission fluid flush properly as I was never able to really see the old oil or even check it now because I have a CVT transmission. Pretty disappointed with paying $1100 for my oil change and hopefully changing the transmission fluid. I ask for the inspection and it was very poorly done. Just sucks because the people were kind but the actual service on the car is not up to par. More

Bought used truck. All was said to work. Traveled to city out of area and went to rent a trailer. Hooked to trailer and plug did not work.would not rent me a trailer. H All was said to work. Should not have had to pay at all. The issue was I did not run home after purchase and check trailer connection. But who does that? More
