Jacob Knight was wonderful to work with, but every time I deal with Manly Honda I remember why I don’t know like Manly Honda. Purchasing the vehicle was easy. I was going to be assessed by another associate Scott. Ali tanbakuchi and Scott Longaker they both were so helpful and kind and so willing to take their time with me. They both were so thorough and answered all the questions I had in both of their job roles . Both of them made it super pleasant, and were very welcoming. Those two guys need some bonuses! :) I am super pleased with both of them, and so grateful!! More

Update: I met with staff at the dealership to have a conversation about my experience with salesman Juan M. My hope is that the salesman received coaching as being in retail and client facing can be cha conversation about my experience with salesman Juan M. My hope is that the salesman received coaching as being in retail and client facing can be challenging. A salesman should present in a professional manner with the clients best interest in mind. Transparency, honesty and full disclosure is important. My husband purchased a truck from them last night and the dealership was sincere and apologetic about the previous experience with another purchase two weeks prior. I left there feeling satisfied that the issue was being handled as I want to continue to do business with this dealership and recommend them to others. Over the years we have purchased 9 cars from them and the one transaction without rectifying the situation would have certainly been the last. Thank you to Tom H. and Ali T. for taking the time to speak about the situation. My hope is that the salesman receives the support he needs to be more successful salesman in the future. More
