I had an appointment to get an inspection sticker. It took an hour to complete. No one apologized for the delay and one of the men at a desk gave me one word answers and shoulder shrugs. I’ve been considering switching to a different dealership to have my car serviced. The 2 major reasons for not wanting to return to Westboro Toyota are 1) Long wait times. in my experience I wait at least 15 to have my car serviced. The 2 major reasons for not wanting to return to Westboro Toyota are 1) Long wait times. in my experience I wait at least 15-20 minutes for someone to check me in despite having an appointment. And lastly, 2) The employees who check you in are seldomly pleasant. It has made my last few visits highly disappointing. More
