Service is always great and it is easy to get the car in to be seen. Trying to get your car back is like trying to threat a needle on a slip and slide. Your service representative is never at their desk an to be seen. Trying to get your car back is like trying to threat a needle on a slip and slide. Your service representative is never at their desk and will not answer the phone and will not answer voicemail and when you call other people just send you to the voicemail. Nobody knows the status of your car except your service rep which is ridiculous. After and over 2-hour " lunch" for our service rep, we asked another rep to help us out who said they couldn't find our service rep so our car could not be picked up. How ridiculous. We drove there anyway after noticing in our app that the car had been closed and locked almost 4 hours earlier meaning our car had been done with service for 4 hours. Nobody had notified us. And nobody knew the status of the car. This is such an easy thing to fix. I complain about it constantly. I have no idea why they will not fix this situation but it is absurd. When we arrived back at the dealership our service rep was still on lunch... About 3 hours now. And their desk was absolutely littered with receipts and cars waiting for pickup, including a bunch that said "waiter". Those poor humans. My absolute favorite part was we picked up the car and started driving home and about 20 minutes into our drive. We got a call that our car was ready for pickup. Very embarrassing. As noted, getting the car in is always fine.. service is always great and we never have a problem with the actual work done. The service reps are always nice to speak with and kind. I am just begging you to please fix the pickup situation. I have no idea why you make it so difficult. What an easy thing to fix. The status of my car should not be locked in a vault. More

I was told I needed to get a brake pad replaced so I said go ahead but they ended up replacing both brake pads and rotors. i guess that normal procedure for you but I was not told that and was not told how e go ahead but they ended up replacing both brake pads and rotors. i guess that normal procedure for you but I was not told that and was not told how expensive it was going to be. I was not excited to be told after it was done that I needed to pay $800 and change. I will say I’m thankful he brought the price down $100 for me but I wish he told me ahead of time how expensive it was. More

I felt not heard by this advisor. I came in for a routine maintenance as well as a slow leak from one of my valve stems. I had already sprayed the valve stem with soapy water so new t I came in for a routine maintenance as well as a slow leak from one of my valve stems. I had already sprayed the valve stem with soapy water so new that was the issue. Advisor kept warning me it may be a sensor…wrong! Also he said that I was missing a lug nut and post. I know for a fact that was untrue and feel it was broken by technician but never owned up to the fact. Untimely, the post was replaced at no charge but I did not like the way it was all presented. Own up when mistakes are made and respect that I know what I am talking about. More
