They deceived me, I received a pre-approval from my bank(CAPITAL ONE) and they specified that they requested financing with them and they told me that it had been like that and it was all a lie, they u bank(CAPITAL ONE) and they specified that they requested financing with them and they told me that it had been like that and it was all a lie, they used another bank and they didn't tell me. Also, supposedly the seller signed what the monthly invoice and the final price would be like and then I discovered that the signed paper had no validity. I would not recommend the seller or do business with them. Juan was very helpful after meeting him and arriving at the dealership, however the buying experience was disappointing. The price that i saw on autotrader for the car had changed when the warranty were ad the dealership, however the buying experience was disappointing. The sales Mgr and i did not agree on the worksheet for the price, however i signed the contract. from $33,780 +$ 5000 down =$49,039 total, 44,000 finance (dissappointing). I will never recommend this dealer. Be careful before signing anything. i was misled along with the false advertising. i had to place the tags myself on the car, no one wanted to help. After purchasing nearly $50,000.00 a customer should never be treated this way, THUMBS DOWN More
