Great service, great communication Had a simple fix for the trunk latch on my 2009 S40. Was quoted over $500 for the repair by a PHX Volvo dealership and Volvo of Tucson was able to get Had a simple fix for the trunk latch on my 2009 S40. Was quoted over $500 for the repair by a PHX Volvo dealership and Volvo of Tucson was able to get the job done for under $350. I especially appreciated Juan and Alex's level of serivc3e and professionalism. I would recommend Volvo of Tucson Service Deparment to anyone. More

Great service I needed to replace a small part on the front bumper of my white Volvo. Juan Lerma found the part, had the service folks paint it a matching white an I needed to replace a small part on the front bumper of my white Volvo. Juan Lerma found the part, had the service folks paint it a matching white and emailed me several times to help coordinate the installation. Above and Beyond I went the dealership yesterday in search of some fasteners to 're-attach the bumper cover to the bumper not only did Juan Lerma locate the fastenes, I went the dealership yesterday in search of some fasteners to 're-attach the bumper cover to the bumper not only did Juan Lerma locate the fastenes, he went out to my car twice in the rain to make certain that I knew how to properly install the fasteners.
