She keeps every visit efficient and made all my experiences at Naples Dodge super pleasant. She also went beyond her role. For over a year I'd been struggling to get my package refunds, and Kelli set up a meeting with the finance department to help me sort it out. Finance Director Juan Lazaga handled it quickly and had my refund to me within the week, after a year of trying on my own. Thank you both for taking all that stress off my shoulders.
