She provided support when needed and in a timely and expeditious manner. Adonis Melenciano was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and was able to address any questions or concerns I had regarding financing. Leslie Dedona in the service department assisted me when I needed an issue resolved with the new vehicle. She is 100 % service orientated and always followup to keep me informed about the status of my service. I witnessed how she serviced other customers and was impressed by her mannerism, kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I am always satisfied with the service and deals I receive, and always walking out with a smile. The service, kindness and professionalism is commendable.
