I rated Precision Honda 0/10 due to CPO non-compliance, untrustworthy practices, and total post-delivery ghosting. I recently purchased a 2024 CPO Honda Civic. Upon reviewing my paperwork, I discovered untrustworthy practices, and total post-delivery ghosting. I recently purchased a 2024 CPO Honda Civic. Upon reviewing my paperwork, I discovered the dealership left the entire "Documentation / Keys / Manuals" section of the official 182-Point Checklist blank. Item I explicitly mandates two working OEM key remotes for HondaTrue CPO delivery compliance, but I was only provided one. To resolve this administratively, I sent 3 separate emails this week to multiple sales team members and the General Sales Manager at Precision Honda. They have completely ignored every communication attempt. Precision Honda submitted an incomplete CPO checklist to bypass corporate standards and is actively refusing to communicate. This behavior is dishonest and non-compliant. I am requesting American Honda Corporate intervention to enforce program compliance and direct the dealership to supply the required second OEM key. More
