I took the battery out of my Lincoln MKX in for testing and possible replacement. Juan Buentello was the service advisor who took care of me. He had the battery tested and it was bad. While it was being te and possible replacement. Juan Buentello was the service advisor who took care of me. He had the battery tested and it was bad. While it was being tested, Juan was able to pull up the record of my purchase of that battery at Access Ford. After just a few minutes, maybe 10 to 15, he told me that the battery was bad and got me a replacement battery, under warranty. So, it didn't cost me a dime! I was very satisfied with the service I received at Access Ford and Juan Buentello did a great job! More
