Excellent Service I would like to commend Juan Ayala, the Service Manager, for the excellent service I received on my Mercedes 2016. My windshield needed to be replace I would like to commend Juan Ayala, the Service Manager, for the excellent service I received on my Mercedes 2016. My windshield needed to be replaced, and Juan was attentive from the onset of my call to the dealership. He scheduled the appointment, the people were waiting for my car when I arrived, a loaner was ready, and Juan was available for all my questions. The service was done when promised and I was on my way. Thank you to Mercedes Benz of Catonsville and Juan Ayala. I will not hesitate your service department to my friends. More

This is by far the worse Mercedes benz dealer i been to customer service is really bad specially the service manager he doesn't even know how to approach customers and came to find out the sold me light b customer service is really bad specially the service manager he doesn't even know how to approach customers and came to find out the sold me light bulbs that was not mercedes benz original they wer some cheap brand kind who knows what else they sell that is not OE parts i will never recommend this place not even my worse enemy More

Juan is the best service advisor I have ever worked with, he is an asset to MB and they should have all service and sales people emulate him. I will stick to this dealership just for Juan's service and his he is an asset to MB and they should have all service and sales people emulate him.
