Joyce Lei

Joyce joined indiGO Auto Group in May 2023 as part of the opening team at Porsche San Francisco. She began her journey as a Porsche hostess and quickly transitioned into the service department, where she served as the loaner car coordinator before moving into her current role of Service Advisor. Joyce brings a deep passion for the Porsche brand and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. She takes pride in helping clients fulfill their dreams and continually strives to grow and exceed expectations in every role she takes on. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with friends. A travel enthusiast, she especially cherishes trips back to China to reconnect with loved ones and revisit the places that feel like home.
