We drove into the BH Chevy dealership yesterday and Romann Micciche greeted us. He was pleasant easy to understand and he showed me what I wanted to see. My experience with Boniface Heirs has been the worst of all vehicle purchases in my life. I'm 60 and have never been treated so badly. Now I have a used Silverado and the "Extended Warranty" that was sold to me as "Bumper to Bumper" sounded good, but when I went to get a couple of things fixed, ....Guess what "Denied". Don't buy a vehicle from Boniface Heirs, they are RUDE, DUDE. If you do buy a vehicle, at least DON'T BUY a "WARRANTY", because when you go to get something fixed, it will be DENIED! Buyer BEWARE! More
