My truck wasn't working earlier this month, and I left my keys with Jowaine Bookal, knowing that he would take care of me. Later that day he called me, and showed me that everything was working and running r keys with Jowaine Bookal, knowing that he would take care of me. Later that day he called me, and showed me that everything was working and running right. He is an awesome salesman who treats me like family and gets rid of the headache that a trip to the dealership can cause. I will be back in a few weeks for my oil change and I know Jowaine will take care of me once again. He always has a big smile on his face with outstanding energy that I've never seen before at a dealership. He does great work and I highly recommend him to anyone out there. More

Posting somewhat anonymously. My partner and I went in on 2/9/2024 to buy a car from this dealership. The employee salesperson helping us out was Jowaine. Before we went for a tes My partner and I went in on 2/9/2024 to buy a car from this dealership. The employee salesperson helping us out was Jowaine. Before we went for a test drive Jowaine agreed to let us pay all cash $23,000 and high-fived to seal the deal. Two witnesses also heard this deal. Once we went inside to pay, he ended up coming back with a price thousands of dollars higher than the agreed $23,000. When we questioned this new number, he denied that he EVER said the price of $23,000 and went on to make us feel stupid. After a while of arguing I told him I was upset that he was saying this lie and that he keeps changing the subject and he looks at me and tells me that "I don't look upset". Extremely disrespectful. After 15 minutes of arguing and us reexplaining the deal that had been made less than 20 minutes before sitting down, he finally says, regarding the deal, "I said that, just to say it". If this isn't the definition of shiesty I don't know what is.We called the manager later to tell her/him of this and nothing was done. The manager even said that they have received calls about this particular dealer (Jowaine) before with similar instances. I would not recommend this salesperson or dealership to anyone. More
