Salesperson and dealership were less than accommodating when it came to actually following through with what was advertised vs. what was sold. They seemed more concerned with finding out how quickly they when it came to actually following through with what was advertised vs. what was sold. They seemed more concerned with finding out how quickly they could get the car sold and off the lot, the same day, than actually taking car of the sale. Vehicle did not come with all items included in the listing; definitely false advertisement. They could care less about trying to remedy false advertising. They have subpar effort in ensuring costumer satisfaction—overpromised, under-delivered. Will never do business with this dealership again. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else, especially if you’re a female trying to buy a car. More

Came in to find a lease within my price range, previously with ford,they currently are not offering. I had researched and wanted a kicks, was informed they didn't have a good lease. Test drove both Sentra an with ford,they currently are not offering. I had researched and wanted a kicks, was informed they didn't have a good lease. Test drove both Sentra and rouge. The rouge was to big for me, settled on a Sentra. Jovonie took my old lease car to ford, which was a very nice service. Ford however requires owner to come in, not a big deal, all was settled ( although they mentioned Nissan could have offered to pay last payment ) , all good , was only 270.00. I look forward in 3 years to look at the kick, I enjoyed working with jovonie More
