Purchased a used 2020 Infiniti Q50 in August 2024. General Sales Manager promised to pay for my car rental since I had to drive 4 hours for the deal. Upon arriving 2 days later, the GSM had been fired. New sales manager saw the text and added the $200 rental reimbursement to my "We Owe" Called a month later. Left several messages and talked to my salesman. They went dark on me. It's been almost 4 months without a response. To top things off, the car lost power after 1 month. I checked the air filters. They were totally blocked and looked like the original filters. The car had 41,000 miles on it when purchased. More

I just purchased a vehicle from Brickell Mazda and it was the worst experience. I purchased a new CX50 and drove all the lot. Two days later the dealership called me to return the car because they gave me the worst experience. I purchased a new CX50 and drove all the lot. Two days later the dealership called me to return the car because they gave me the wrong car. I returned the car and was given a vehicle less expensive. The charged me for the original vehicle and used the Vin number from the less expensive. I have called the dealership to resolve this issue and they won't return my calls. They get you to drive a vehicle similar but with more extras. Let you take it off the lot and I paid the price for the extras. They used the Vin number from the similar but less expensive vehicle and had me bring the car back. I was taken by a scam at this dealership. If the sales manager would return my call I would not be writing this review. So there is no customer service and unethical practices. More
