Bought a kia ev6, asked for color black, waited 2 hours for salesman to come back with a gray car after he made me sign the finance papers. I look at the car, around 7p at this point, and the salesman keep for salesman to come back with a gray car after he made me sign the finance papers. I had a frustrating experience at this dealership. It started when I put down a $500 deposit, but due to poor communication between employees, my deposit seemed to vanish from their records. One emplo It started when I put down a $500 deposit, but due to poor communication between employees, my deposit seemed to vanish from their records. One employee had no idea what the other was doing, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. The issues didn’t stop there. They also made a significant error by entering the wrong VIN number on my paperwork, a basic but crucial detail that should never be overlooked. Nevertheless in the end they promised to mail my $500 refund, but they forgot. I had to call and remind them. Initially, they refused to acknowledge the refund. After much persistence, they finally agreed and promised to send it. This entire process showed a lack of professionalism, organization, and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership unless they seriously improve their communication and attention to detail. More
