Love this dealership. I have gotten my last 2 leases from here. The people are very nice, helpful and great to work with. I live near Lansing, MI and drive to this dealers I have gotten my last 2 leases from here. The people are very nice, helpful and great to work with. I live near Lansing, MI and drive to this dealership to get my vehicles. I generally don't get service here because of the distance, but have once or twice. Service was great to work with those times. I would recommend at least checking out this dealership when looking for your next car, new or used. More

An absolute 5+ Star Rating. After our second Saturday, spending looking at vehicles, we were tired out. Though it was toward close on a Saturday, we drove the hour up to Monroe, After our second Saturday, spending looking at vehicles, we were tired out. Though it was toward close on a Saturday, we drove the hour up to Monroe, Michigan. Never even been up to Michigan. Allen Chevy had one of the models we were seeking. In all, she met us there with less than an hour in her day left, took her time with us, showed and drove with us, was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. Perhaps the best car salespersons I have ever worked with. If you are in the market for a vehicle Allen Chevy sells, new or used, go ask for car sales Barbie!!! More

I was looking for a new dealer as I had a Horrible experience at a previous dealer and I needed to get options on a lease that was ending I called and scheduled a appointment to go over my options whe experience at a previous dealer and I needed to get options on a lease that was ending I called and scheduled a appointment to go over my options when I arrived at Allen Chevy I was greeted by Michael Vantress. He kindly and with a huge smile asked what he could do to help I explained my situation to him and he starting working with me on the lease process.. He was always willing to Answer any questions I had Even if they were crazy . He helped me Order my next Chevy Silverado and I just received it he even managed to get it to me before my current lease ended... the finance Manger Jess was amazing as well he helped answer any of my questions without pressure to make a quick decision... Thank you Allen Staff for helping make a Stressful purchase 💯 Stress free.. Michael Vantress thank you for being so patient with me and helping me find a Truck that is going to take me on lots of Adventures. You absolutely made me feel like family and not just another customer. More
