Only 1 key fob and we didn't learn this until we were ready to walk out the door. I was quite upset about this because a new key fob will run upwards of $300. I dont know how to properly thank Josh or Russ Darrow for the time and effort they put in to getting me a vehicle. Josh was great, patient, understanding, and down-to-earth. I felt comfortable and Josh helped keep my 10 yr old daughters ADHD from going bonkers. My brother said he gets all his vehicles through Russ Darrow and he is a business owner. Now, my parents may need help from Russ Darrow to help with their situation. I can't thank Josh or the rest of the crew for helping me out. Being on a fixed income, disabled, 53 yrs old, single parent with a 10 yr old special needs child is very tough. I needed a stable vehicle and I drove away with one. More
