Had the works package performed on my 2020 Ranger. Check sheet stated all fluids were checked and all ok. Really don’t use my windshield washer fluid often in the summer. A week after my visit I Went to use my washing fluid and the washing fluid light came on. I’ll spend the extra money for good service but this makes me not want to bring my truck back for the service. What else wasn’t checked? Since this was checked as not needed but really was, was my oil levels even checked? I signed at the end that I understood my service but on your end you said everything was complete all fluids topped off and wasn’t. More

The sales process was satisfactory. With the complexity of the technology in the new vehicle I feel additional guidance as to how to operate the various features should be provided duri With the complexity of the technology in the new vehicle I feel additional guidance as to how to operate the various features should be provided during or shortly thereafter the purchase. This need is compounded by the lack of a comprehensive owners manual of which I understand is now provided electronically on the vehicle info screen. Initially I was able to obtain operational guidance from various individuals and a dealership from Kansas online. Fortunately now after posting these concerns on the Ford Motor Company satisfaction survey I recently now have received access to information on how to use the features of the vehicle. Hopefully, this will allow me to better understand this very expensive technological vehicle we have purchased. Again, Hopefully, this feed back will be of benefit so that someone can address the short comings noted and take the appropriate actions to make a future purchasers experience better. More

We wnt looking for a truck 6. 5 bed with 5.0L engine. We called first to see if they had 1. We were told they had 2. So we went to see them and test drive. We settled on 1 that was 5 bed with 5.0L engine. We called first to see if they had 1. We were told they had 2. So we went to see them and test drive. We settled on 1 that was 6.5 bed and we thought it was 5.0 L motor. We ttaded in our older truck. We 6500 for it. This happened on tuesday. On friday we found out the truck only had a 2.7L motor. So we were lied to. Then we took the truck back on friday. We asked for our truck back. But they wanyed us to pay an additional 3000 more then they gave us for it... they washed it and spray paoned the rust spots.... I will never deal with them again... rude people. This manager did not even care. More
