Reached out to a sales rep. We had a guaranteed price at Palm Beach Infiniti but wanted to give Stuart a chance since we had been working with a sales rep for years. My husband We had a guaranteed price at Palm Beach Infiniti but wanted to give Stuart a chance since we had been working with a sales rep for years. My husband and the sales rep went back and forth for a while. The next day the sales rep text my husband and says the numbers he was given is on a car that isn’t even in the lot or for the car we had been looking at and that the price of the vehicle would be much higher. My husband said ok .. and we went ahead and begin negotiating on the vehicle that we wanted . My husband and the sales rep came to an agreement. Paperwork was supposedly written up and we’re just coming to pick up and sign. Upon sitting down with the finance guy.. we learned we had been lied to again and the price was actually 2 dollars higher than we had previously agreed to which we had in writing. The manager Josh refused to speak to my husband and said there is nothing else they can do , either take it or leave. We were treated terribly. We have been loyal Infiniti customers for years. I am so disgusted by the way we were lied to and manipulated. We will never ever go back to this store. Bad way to do business and treat customers. More

Left my car for service in the morning. Received one text suggesting repairs and when I replied...I received no response. Then I tried reaching service and the manager from 2:30 until I Received one text suggesting repairs and when I replied...I received no response. Then I tried reaching service and the manager from 2:30 until I arrived back at the dealership at 4:30. I called a minimum of 6-8 times with no one answering my calls. Sent a complaint to the dealership and got no response More
