I had settled on a newer Ford Flex to replace my 2010 Flex. So, I came to the dealer with most of the shopping finished. I was mostly interested in closing the deal at an acceptable price. Mike provided the information I needed to make a final decision and didn't try to sell me too much. A very satisfactory experience without a lot of stress. The only complaint I had was that the service department didn't finish prepping the vehicle at the promised time, but that was completed correctly an hour later. If I hadn't had another appointment, I would have taken Mike's suggestion to grab lunch and come back. More
