I am disappointed and discouraged about bringing my truck back for any service. Before I brought my truck in for an oil change it was quiet. Would not go to the service center at all. The sales department was amazing. Rude service when I brought attention to a mistake that they admitted that they made. I asked to speak with a manager who apo department was amazing. Rude service when I brought attention to a mistake that they admitted that they made. I asked to speak with a manager who apologized but the problem unfortunately was not fixable and all they could say was sorry.. I’ve been to numerous afore dealers around and the service venter was the worst. I will drive out of my way to go to another Ford Service center. More

Had a great experience with this dealer. Purchased are used 2015 Ford F150, one week later realized the oversize tires did not fit. They were so nice and coordinated with the service department do you hav used 2015 Ford F150, one week later realized the oversize tires did not fit. They were so nice and coordinated with the service department do you have them switched out, sterling and Dragos were wonderful. Would go here again without reservation. More
