As a salesperson myself I was completely blown away by how much better my experience was with Castille and with ODaniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. From the very first conversation, Castille took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of pushing what they had. I live over 600 miles away and they went way above and beyond to make the process as easy and simple as it could be. Something other dealerships were not willing to do at all. Every individual I dealt with had the same willingness to listen and assist across the board which in my opinion also reflects how management runs the dealership as a whole.
