He follows up, even after the sale is completed. Michael is a keeper, and he gets great support from management at Colonial South. Joshua Braga, a manager, also could not have been nicer. He ultimately approved the great deal and helped finalize the sale. John in the Finance Department was equally friendly and helpful in handling the paperwork and financing. Finally, Rui in Service was our first introduction to Colonial South...he was also very friendly and kept us abreast of what was needed for another vehicle that we had brought in for service. We could not be more pleased with the experience, thanks to Michael and the rest of the colonial South team. More

My son purchased a car and sales and finance were fantastic. Brought the car in for service and was not happy with the attitude I got from Rui. Adam in service was very kind. Tried to use the air conditioner and it didn't work. The problem was a broken wire. I asked if it should have been checked in inspection before the car was sold. I was told how do you know it wasn't? Try talking to the place that sold you the car...I purchased it here. Charged 363.00 dollars for a broken wire. Rui has an attitude and is not doing your dealership any justice. I spoke to the sales manager and he rectified the problem for me. If it wasn't for him I would never step foot back in this dealership. This one employee is going to make you lose lots of money.Thank you Josh for being a stand up guy. More
