Mr. Varela, Respectfully, this review really took us by surprise. Your wife came into our dealership to sell us your Challenger on 10/31 and we agreed on a price to buy the vehicle. At that time, I personally informed her that we would be paying off her loan, and once we received the title from the bank - we would pay her the balance over and above the loan. We paid off the loan immediately and have been waiting for the bank to send us the title. We have emailed your wife several times to keep her in the loop, and once the title arrives we will pay her the balance due. It is against company policy to issue these funds until we have possession of the title. Quite frankly, I thought we were helping you out of a tough situation with this vehicle which was no longer needed - and to be reviewed in such a negative manner really seems inappropriate. We are all entitled to our opinions, but Newstations and Attorneys? Hopefully we receive the title in the very near future and we can bring this to a close. We try very hard to make every client satisfied, and rarely do we purchase vehicles outright without a trade, but we wanted to try and help you out in this situation - which has now turned negative.
