I bought a used truck from Suburban. The buying process went okay. The Salesman Josh was great. The problem arose when the trans lines blew on the truck after I had it only a month a The buying process went okay. The Salesman Josh was great. The problem arose when the trans lines blew on the truck after I had it only a month and put only 1000 miles on the vehicle. I bought from a dealership because I was hoping I could trust them over a personal sale or a smaller lot. I called them not expecting them to pay for everything out right. But management there completely blew me off and wouldn't even talk to me. The message relayed to me was that it's yours now and not their problem. Talking to me and maybe hearing me out would have went a long way. I won't be purchasing another car from them. And I'll drive to the next closest chrysler dealership when I need stuff for our wrangler. More
