Took my truck in for recalls and the communication of the work was not good at all! My truck went in on Tuesday and didn’t get it until Friday ! I had to call everytime to get info on progress ! Service advisor Travis was able to get me into the dealership super fast. I was traveling through town and my truck threw a check engine light. Great folks and excellent customer service. I can't rec dealership super fast. I was traveling through town and my truck threw a check engine light. Great folks and excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough as they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. More

After a major chain shop replaced my water pump, radiator and thermostat, I had an overheat issue. Took it back into the chain store and they said I had a head gasket or something blown. I got a second opini and thermostat, I had an overheat issue. Took it back into the chain store and they said I had a head gasket or something blown. I got a second opinion from Jeep -- they found a backward. installed thermostat --repaired that and everything is fine so I love Glenbrook Jeep. They saved me from buying a new engine. More

I'm always impressed with the spirit of cooperation between the service advisors. I feel like they are listening to my sometimes vague explanations of a problem and trying to help me sort it out. They are busy, but I don't feel like I'm being processed. This attentiveness is hard to maintain given the hectic conditions of modern society, but it is obvious that they are selected and trained to do so! And I really like that I can schedule and communicate with them via text! More
