always been impressed with the sales process, and the service department until recently. Leased a Compass that has an unusual power train noise; when

Leased a Compass that has an unusual power train noise; when I dropped it off I gave the service advisor and the service manager permission to drive it home to verify the noise and repair. Received a call the following day stating that the noise is normal. Asked if the advisor or service manager drove it, they said no.
Went through the arbitration process, agent heard the noise, but said because I didn’t provide another vehicle that didn’t make the noise (!} she had to take the Stellantis representative’s word that it was normal. No one, advisor, manager, manufacturer ever drove it. Now I just tur off the traction control….
Called to set appointment because the battery warning light comes on, they couldn’t make an appointment for 3 weeks….now I just disable the start/stop.
Also, last oil change and tire rotation, they set the tire pressures incorrectly; makes you wonder how competent they are…..
